Check in time at Stone House begins at 3:00pm and ends at 11:00pm. Our front desk is not staffed 24/7. If your party happens to arrive earlier and the room is not available at the time of arrival, our front desk will be happy to store your bags so you can enjoy your day in Little Compton. Check out time is for 11:00am the day of departure.
Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Upon confirmation of your reservations, your credit card will be charged one night plus tax. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged at time of booking. For any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the total accommodation plus tax will be charged to your credit card. For early departures, guests are responsible for the remaining night's accommodation and tax. Late arrival's will also be treated as partial cancellations.
We generally require a 2-night minimum during the weekend. Please call for details, as one night weekend stays are sometimes available.
The Stone House unfortunately does not accept pets.
The Stone House accepts all major credit cards, as well as cash.
We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage done to your room during your stay.
The Stone House is proud that each of our guest rooms are smoke-free. We kindly ask that you help keep our smoke-free rooms just that. Guests found to be smoking in guest rooms will be charged $150 per day for deep-cleaning. We further thank you in advance for limiting your use of tobacco products.
All rates are based on single or double occupancy for our one bedroom rooms and quadruple occupancy for our double rooms. For additional guests - $25 plus tax per person per night. Children 5 and under stay free with parents. Please note that we do not have rollaway beds or cots.
